These are new, 24", black metal stools. They have footrests and have a swivel seat with a backrest!! The seat is made of BLACK vinyl and are reminiscent of the old soda fountain parlors. I purchased these bar stools for our kitchen. I was very impressed with the company, they came 2 days after the purchase. We set up 4 of them in about 2 hours and they looked great! Buying in bulk is great because it's such a great price (although, I'm still figuring out what to do with the other 4 chairs). They were pretty sturdy, with a nice vinyl seat, and rotate a full 360 degrees. A great asset to our home.
